I use this camera together with a DW81KD recorder. The camera is mounted in my attic in order to monitor suspected rodent infestation. The wide-angle aperture gives full coverage of the floor area and the image is bright and crisp throughout the entire depth of field. Overall, the camera delivers outstanding quality for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

Not perfect

The fact that these cameras work in zero light is amazing however, to to that it relies on the lamp being on all the time which is a bit annoying that you can’t switch it off!
The other issue I have is that there is a distinct band covering about 10% top and bottom of image.. doesn’t affect it too much, but still annoying

Good cameras

The NCA500 was a perfect camera except for one thing which is that they require the led light to be on constantly at night, with no option to configure the light to come on at night only when motion is detected. Otherwise still a very good camera depending on ones requirements.

Great quality for a great price

I have fitted this camera on a system which has other more expensive cameras from one of the leading manufacturers and there is almost no difference, the only one is the Annke camera has a slightly wider field of view. The image quality on all the color vu cameras I have is not as good as that from "normal" cameras within the same price range
