It is with deep regret that we inform you of a recent fire incident at our warehouse in the United Kingdom, resulting in significant damage to our inventory. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and extend our heartfelt sympathies to all affected customers.

Regrettably, orders placed between May 8th and 9th were unable to be shipped in a timely manner due to this unfortunate event. We are committed to expediting the replenishment and dispatch of these orders as swiftly as possible to fulfill your requirements.

Meanwhile, to ensure the continuity of your shopping experience, our factory is undergoing urgent production and allocation measures. We anticipate a return to normal shipping operations by mid-June.
