    ANP800 NVR with NC800..AC800..NC400...NCPT500

    Placing order was easy and received items very quickly..
    ANP800 is easy to set up.Have installed Guarding Vision on PC windows 10 and several phones.All working with NO issues.PC will open up more programs then just displaying on tv.
    NC800 was faulty.Contacted Annke support and responded quickly and efficiently.Ava who was the support member was very helpful with organising replacement and helping me programing AC800 for night vision in colour.NC800 is very good in day and night vision.
    AC800 is also has a very good picture and when programed right the night vision was also very good.Both cameras are very sturdy and good quality.
    NC400 gives a good picture for the price but not as good as the 800s.NC400 build quality is ok and is made of plastic but sturdy.NC400 has a removable ring attachment which is ok but can be easily be removed by twisting it round.
    NCPT500 has a better picture quality then he NC400 but not too far behind the 800s but has the advantage of pan and tilt which works very well.
    i have upgraded my Analog Annke DVR to IP NVR and you can certainly see the difference.If you want to hide the blue/green line in live view used to tell NVR area of intrusion,you need to uncheck the VCA rule.Comes under alarm event..
    To summarise the ANP800 and cameras i have purchased works very well and is easy to set up. I think the only negative is the manual.You cant read it and doesn't cover all aspects of what the NVR can do or worse where to find what you are looking for.Fortunatley i has experience in this type of product but still had to ask 1 or 2 questions to annke support who are very good at responding.
    i will be buying 1 more camera but haven't decided on which model .

    I bought this to replace an already good camera on my front drive. Very good quality picture, I don't use the night light facility for colour vision or the Alexa function. All round, recommend the camera and very efficient seller.
